Implementation of quality management systems and audits A company dedicated to manufacturing truck bed liners and floor mats for tractor-trailers is currently seeking a **QUALITY MANAGER**—don’t miss the opportunity to grow within a solid and stable organization. **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure that the organization’s products and processes comply with the highest standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, guaranteeing continuous improvement within the company, minimizing operational risks, enhancing efficiency, and strengthening organizational trust. **REQUIREMENTS** * Chemical Engineering degree * Minimum 5 years of experience in quality leadership * Experience in plastic injection processes * Knowledge of PVC and polypropylene resins **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Ensure products comply with established quality standards · Responsible for validating that manufacturing processes are efficient and safe · Guarantee final product release to meet customer requirements · Raw material validation · Validation of formulations · Validation of mixtures · Compound validation · Process validations · Finished product validation · Packaging validation · Implementation of quality management systems · Internal and external process audits · Training on quality standards · Root cause analysis and problem resolution · Implementation of corrective and preventive actions · Continuous improvement **SOFT SKILLS** · Leadership · Effective communication · Critical thinking and problem solving · Adaptability **TECHNICAL SKILLS** · Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies · Internal and external quality audits · Familiarity with quality standards **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits starting from the sixth month * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:15 PM; weekends off Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $22,999.00 \- $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
