At Kuehne\+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ ... **How You’ll Make an Impact** You will be responsible for managing materials and fixed assets assigned to the distribution center, ensuring equipment and facility availability, generating KPIs to monitor their condition and extend their service life—aiming to reduce costs, improve safety, and identify improvements for equipment and facilities under your responsibility. **What We’d Like You to Bring** * Plan and schedule maintenance activities. * Coordinate activities with the workforce (service provider technicians). * Supervise activity execution. * Manage procurement and inventory of spare parts. * Generate KPIs for monitoring activities, work orders, equipment efficiency, MTBF, MTTR. * Reporting to clients and suppliers. * Administer material handling equipment and fixed assets at the distribution center. * Jointly administer, with suppliers, the preventive maintenance program for equipment and ensure its proper implementation. * Submit monthly forklift usage hours report (KPI). * Conduct service evaluation surveys and develop corresponding improvement plans. * Track maintenance-related expenses.
