V. **Position:** Project Management and Tracking Engineer **Department:** Projects / Administration / Operations **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Work Mode:** On-site **Base Monthly Gross Salary:** * **Junior / Mid-level:** $14,000 to $18,000 * **Senior / Specialist:** $20,000 to $28,000 **Job Objective** Manage and comprehensively track visual advertising projects, coordinating timelines, resources, documentation, costs, and operational activities to ensure successful and orderly deliveries. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor daily project progress from manufacturing through installation. * Manage operational expenses, travel allowances, and crew expense reports. * Develop work schedules and monitor committed deadlines. * Maintain site logs, photographic reports, and installation evidence. * Coordinate technical surveys and operational site visits. * Track purchases, supplies, and missing materials. * Control work orders and internal documentation. * Maintain consistent communication with internal and external clients. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in project tracking or operations. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience using project management tools. * Highly organized, analytical, and methodical profile. * Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. **What We Offer** * All statutory and additional benefits. * Necessary team equipment and tools. * Parking available for employees. * Opportunities for career advancement and performance-based salary adjustments. * Professional development opportunities within the company. * Excellent working environment and job stability.
