Coordinate efforts to implement performance improvements for the team. **Team Leader / CSR Supervisor** **PROFILE:** An **American** company, a leader in cabling solutions for the industrial sector, is seeking its next **Team Leader** \| **Customer Service Supervisor.** This position is responsible for **leading and developing the CSR team**, ensuring metric compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. **Requirements: (All requirements are mandatory to apply for this position, with the objective of optimizing time for both parties)** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Public Relations, Commerce, Logistics, or related field. * Advanced spoken English. **(MANDATORY)** * **Minimum 4 years of experience** supervising customer service teams. * Proficiency in **SAP ERP** or similar system. **(MANDATORY)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate daily team activities, tracking compliance with implemented **KPIs.** * Coordinate with management to implement team performance improvements. * Execute **strategic initiatives and guidelines to motivate the team** and fully develop their skills and potential. * Develop and monitor continuous team training. * Implement **preventive and corrective actions** in response to deviations or **non-compliance** with **KPIs.** **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of $35,000 to $38,000. * Enhanced benefits. * Major medical expense insurance. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Annual bonus of 8%.
