Position Objective: Develop, train, and professionalize the national BIOS distributor network, ensuring sales growth, achievement of commercial objectives, territorial expansion, and strengthening of the indirect channel. Main Responsibilities: • Prospecting and developing strategic new distributors. • Technical and commercial training on the CONTPAQi portfolio. • Implementing the BIOS commercial methodology across the distributor network. • Monthly tracking of targets and KPIs per distributor. • Supporting distributors during initial sales and strategic deal closures. • Coordinating commercial campaigns with distributors. • Submitting executive performance reports to General Management. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial development or indirect channel management. • Experience in commercial training and B2B consultative sales. • Proficiency in CRM systems and analysis of commercial metrics. • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and executive presentation abilities. • Leadership, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset.
