Experience in technical support and problem resolution We are looking for an On-site Technical Support Engineer to join our team at IT360 Services. The ideal candidate will have technical support experience and excellent problem-solving skills, as well as strong teamwork abilities and adaptability to changing situations. The role involves providing on-site and remote support to local users, as well as collaborating with the global help desk.
