Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in recruitment and personnel selection. Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in job platforms and social media Geographic knowledge of the city (for recruitment routes). Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, handling of confidential information, and attention to detail. *Job Responsibilities* End-to-end management of vacancies across multiple recruitment sources. Preparation of employment contracts and administrative follow-up. Safeguarding personnel files and document control. Direct support to employees in Human Resources processes. *Work Conditions* Primary schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. On-call shifts: Availability to work two Saturdays per month (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM). Economic Proposal Salary: $6,700 biweekly. Benefits: Above statutory requirements.
