Due to our growth, we are looking for a committed, organized, and highly responsible Payroll Manager who can ensure the accurate management and control of payroll processes. Position: Payroll Manager Location: Central area of Guadalajara Company: LINK BITS Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed). Minimum 5 years’ verifiable experience as a Payroll Manager responsible for payroll preparation and administration. Solid knowledge of: IMSS, SUA, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT portals. Payroll Tax calculation. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). Experience using NOMINPAQ. High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Experience managing multiple Employer Registration Numbers. Main Responsibilities: Prepare and calculate weekly/biweekly payroll. Process employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. Determine taxes and fulfill employer obligations. Monitor and reconcile attendance incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, leaves). Manage personnel files and document control. Assist employees with payroll-related matters. Calculate and process severance payments, settlements, and annual adjustments. Prepare reports for internal and external audits.
