Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telecommunications equipment repair. Strong interest in customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. Deliver personalized assistance and solutions. Track completed services. Promote and sell additional services.
