We Are Looking For: Computer and Telephony Equipment Repair Technician for the MACSTORE MIDTOWN branch. Profile: Completed high school / technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephony repair. Strong interest in customer care and service. Resident near the work area. Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. Deliver personalized assistance and solutions. Track completed services. Promote and sell additional services.
