We are looking for: A Computer and Telephony Equipment Repair Technician for the branch: MACSTORE GRAN TERRAZA OBLATOS Profile: Completed high school / technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephony repair. Strong interest in customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. Deliver personalized assistance and solutions. Track completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet performance metrics and indicators. We offer: Base monthly salary of $9,900.00 gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. Benefits and perks exceeding legal requirements.
