We Are Looking For: Computer and Telephony Equipment Repair Technician for the MACSTORE GRAN PLAZA branch. Profile: Completed high school / technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephony repair. Passion for customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. Personalized service and issue resolution. Follow-up on completed services. Promotion and placement of additional services. Achievement of performance metrics and indicators. We Offer: Base monthly salary of $9,900.00 gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification.
