Teamwork and passion for sports At Club Deportivo Guadalajara, we seek committed individuals who are passionate about sports and teamwork, and who wish to contribute to the care and maintenance of one of the country's most important sports venues. **Job Objective** Perform maintenance, conservation, and care activities for the Club’s sports fields, nursery, and green areas by applying specialized techniques and adhering to operational standards, ensuring optimal turf conditions, safety, and presentation. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 1 year of experience in sports field maintenance, green area management, or gardening * Proficiency in operating irrigation systems, lawnmowers, brush cutters, leaf blowers, and manual or motorized tools * Availability to work during events and matches (overtime pay provided) * Basic knowledge of completing physical or digital logbooks (desirable) **Main Responsibilities** * Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the stadium’s sports field, nursery, and green areas * Perform pruning, irrigation, fertilization, fumigation, aeration, pest control, and turf repair activities * Assist in tool, material, and supply inventory and control within the department * Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and use of machinery and tools * Participate in operational activities related to the field and other stadium areas, ensuring compliance with field regulations and proper care of the playing surface **Required Knowledge** * Maintenance and care of sports turf * Irrigation systems * Pruning, aeration, and fertilization * Pest control and safe handling of chemical products * Basic safety and ecological standards **Benefits** * 30-day year-end bonus * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Funeral expense coverage * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria * Exclusive staff discounts Work Location: Verde Valle Chivas, Jocotán Neighborhood, Zapopan, Jalisco.
