Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Auditor to coordinate product movements, ensure process compliance, customer service, and accurate reconciliation of information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verify goods upon receipt (expiration date, batch number, etc.) 2. Prepare, reconcile, and close receipts and shipments in the system 3. At **Emergent Cold LatAm**, we are looking for a **Warehouse Auditor** to coordinate incoming and outgoing product movements, ensuring process compliance, customer service, and precise reconciliation of operational information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify goods upon receipt (expiration date, batch number, etc.). * Prepare, reconcile, and close receipts and shipments in the system. * Prepare and print shipping documentation. * Release and receive logistics operators. * Archive documents and provide support to other departments (billing, warehouse). * Track discrepancies in receipts or shipments. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Proficiency in computer and handheld device usage. * Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or administrative functions (preferred). **We Offer:** * Weekly salary payment. * Meal vouchers. * Attendance bonus. * Savings fund. * Employee transportation.
