




Job Summary: Coordinate accounting and tax closings, ensure compliance with legal obligations, and manage payroll, social security, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of monthly accounting and tax closings. 2. Comprehensive payroll and social security management. 3. Proficiency in CONTPAQi, Excel, and knowledge of REPSE. Coordinate monthly accounting and tax closings. • Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. • Record and classify company transactions. • Account reconciliation. • Preparation and processing of weekly and biweekly payroll. • Administration of employee registrations, terminations, and salary adjustments with IMSS. • Calculation of severance payments, final settlements, and PTU (Profit Sharing). • Generation of payroll reports for accounting and management. • Management of SUA, IDSE, ICSOE, SISUB, and related social security obligations. • Tracking of INFONAVIT, Fonacot, and withholding payments. • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and SUA. • REPSE knowledge is mandatory. • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in CONTPAQi and Excel is mandatory. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience Age: between 33 and 60 years Knowledge: Accounting Keywords: payroll clerk, controller, accountant, billing specialist, treasurer, accountant
