Operational problem resolution and decision-making **Job Description** Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities related to site operations, egg collection, and adherence to production processes. Key responsibilities include feed management control, supervision of production collection, monitoring of key performance indicators, team work order, and ensuring optimal facility conditions. This is a **full-time**, **on-site** position. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the daily operation of the Layer Farm unit. * Coordinate operational staff responsible for egg collection and site activities. * Monitor compliance with routines, processes, and work standards. * Supervise feed control, production, cleaning, order, and overall facility conditions. * Prepare production reports, incident logs, and operational needs reports. * Ensure compliance with biosecurity measures, animal welfare standards, and good management practices. * Identify operational issues and make timely decisions to correct them. * Maintain constant communication with Management and support departments. **Requirements** * Experience in supervising production processes. * Experience leading operational staff and coordinating field work teams. * Ability to prepare reports, review production indicators, and track daily activities. * Strong, respectful leadership skills, with the ability to maintain order, provide clear instructions, and ensure process compliance. * Skill in resolving operational problems, managing conflicts, and making sound decisions. * Organized, responsible, decisive individual with assertive communication and results orientation. **Candidate Profile** We seek an individual with operational leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain team discipline.
