Negotiates and follows up with suppliers **Job Objective:** Ensure timely, efficient, and competitive procurement of all raw materials, packaging materials, supplies, and services required for company operations. **Responsibilities** * Design and execute the annual procurement plan for raw materials and supplies * Coordinate direct and indirect purchases aligned with production planning and commercial demand * Ensure availability of raw materials, containers, packaging materials, and supplies * Manage procurement processes for operational areas * Conduct comparative quotation analyses * Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery timelines * Generate purchase orders and track deliveries * Validate material receipt with warehouse and quality departments * Resolve supplier-related incidents (delays, shortages, returns) * Supervise avocado sourcing process from producers or orchards * Analyze market price of avocados * Coordinate weekly fruit demand with production * Authorize purchase prices and acquisition volumes * Coordinate transportation logistics from orchards or collection centers * Verify that fruit meets ripeness, quality, and phytosanitary criteria * Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers * Monitor avocado market prices with producers, intermediaries, or collection centers * Schedule avocado purchases according to production demand * Coordinate transportation for avocado movement from orchards or collection centers * Verify basic quality conditions of received fruit (ripeness, phytosanitary status) BENEFITS: Above statutory requirements WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm SALARY: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month WORK LOCATION: On-site employment
