Activities: * Plan, coordinate and supervise the packaging, preparation and dispatch operations of metal structures. * Prepare and verify transportation documentation: shipping guides, bills of lading, * Coordinate with carriers, logistics and clients to ensure delivery times, transportation conditions and cargo tracking. * Supervise proper packaging, temporary anti-corrosion protection and securing for the transport of oversized or heavy components. * Plan stowage/loading and selection of lifting and transportation equipment (cranes, platforms, containers) ensuring safe maneuvers. * Verify material release for shipment based on quality certificates and purchase orders Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * 2 years of experience in the position * Vendor management * Advanced intermediate Excel skills for report generation.
