Construction Site Resident Assistant Salary: $10,000 – $12,000 per month Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid mode: site and office) Required experience: 1–2 years in a similar position Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 **Job Objective** Support the construction site resident in technical and administrative project tracking, ensuring progress control, accurate documentation, and compliance with estimates. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of progress-based billing numbers. * Photographic documentation and AutoCAD sketches. * Processing of customer invoices (estimates for collection). * Review of subcontractors’ and piecework contractors’ estimates. * Assistance in construction scheduling and control. **Technical Knowledge** * Interpretation of architectural and structural drawings. * Material quantity takeoff. * Completion of construction site logbooks. * Preparation of estimates. * Construction scheduling and progress tracking. **Candidate Profile** * Education: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field * Experience: 1–2 years on-site or in a similar role * Soft skills: Teamwork, effective communication, punctuality, ability to work under pressure * Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office **We Offer** * Competitive salary + punctuality bonus * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Excellent working environment * Opportunities for professional growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
