Arcos Vallarta \- Guadalajara, Jalisco** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A leading company specializing in metal structure design and assembly is seeking: **Junior Structural Calculations Engineer for metal structures** Required education: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Structural Design degree. Monthly gross salary: $10,000\.00 to $15,000\.00 Additional project-based commissions upon successful completion and commission per calculation report. Statutory benefits and IMSS coverage. **Prior work experience in metal structure calculations is mandatory (e.g., racks, industrial warehouses/sheds, shelving systems, sheet metal work, vehicle bodies, automotive applications, etc.)** Required software: AutoCAD (intermediate or advanced level), Microsoft Office, and Outlook. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including one hour for lunch). Work location: Col. Arcos Vallarta, Guadalajara, Jal. Responsibilities: * Perform detailed modeling, analysis, and fabrication design of metal structures (industrial sheds, racks, shelving systems, sheet metal components). * Assist with structural calculations and calculation reports. * Conduct structural surveys. * Model structures and review structural and shop drawings. * Support preparation of structural opinions/reports. * Perform reinforcement and restructuring calculations. * Review structural drawings; design and verify bolted and welded connections. * Provide technical clarifications during project execution.
