Description

**Position Objective:** Ensure the availability of customer equipment and materials through established controls to enable timely delivery of our customer’s services. **Responsibilities:** ▪ Record new assets, customer devices, spare parts, tools, PPE, and consumables—where applicable—into the corresponding warehouses using the system’s incoming adjustment voucher upon receipt of new materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and quantities stated in the purchase order/request/invoice. ▪ Verify complete material receipt through physical inspection to ensure quantities and requirements match supporting documentation. ▪ Authorize incoming and outgoing vouchers for assets, customer devices, spare parts, tools, PPE, and consumables—where applicable—via system transfer vouchers to guarantee traceability of locations and inventory accuracy. ▪ Schedule asset maintenance based on operational needs to support internal customer service delivery. ▪ Schedule and ensure material distribution to various warehouses via transfer vouchers or outgoing release documents to guarantee correct and complete material delivery. ▪ Collect physical documentation for all company assets and customer devices when classified for disposal due to theft/loss/obsolescence/damage or other reasons, to properly process inventory removal. ▪ Place orders for required assets, devices, spare parts, PPE, and consumables—where applicable—to ensure availability and timely service delivery. ▪ Download and report monthly all incoming and outgoing adjustments (removals) from the system to ensure proper accounting. ▪ Conduct partial visual inspections of warehouses to ensure proper classification, identification, and traceability of assets, devices, spare parts, PPE, and consumables—where applicable—for easy location. ▪ Direct assigned personnel daily to maintain order, cleanliness, and prevent incidents or accidents. ▪ Jointly manage inventories of assets, devices, spare parts, PPE, and consumables—where applicable—for the Zone, in coordination with the Inventory and Administration Manager. ▪ Coordinate with Management and Operations to align on requirements for assets, devices, spare parts, PPE, and consumables—where applicable—to ensure availability and timely service delivery. ▪ Ensure the Integrated Management System achieves its intended outcomes. ▪ Comply with, and enforce compliance with, the Integrated Management System requirements (standards, policies, procedures, manuals, operational controls, code of ethics and conduct, and any other applicable mechanisms). ▪ Report accidents or incidents as they occur and assist in their investigation when required. ▪ Participate in any other activities promoted or required by the company that pertain to this position or department.
