




**Job Profile:** **Agricultural Engineer – Production Analyst at Banana Farm** **Job Objective:** Supervise, analyze and optimize the productive processes of the banana farm, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, environmental sustainability and occupational safety standards based on technical data and agronomic criteria. **Academic Background:** * University degree in Agricultural Engineering, preferably with specialization in agricultural production, tropical fruit cultivation or perennial crops. * Complementary training in management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Global GAP) is desirable. **Required Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural operations, preferably in banana production or similar crops. * Experience in field performance analysis, pest and disease control, plant nutrition, soil management and harvest planning. * Experience with technological tools for agricultural data analysis (advanced Excel, GIS, agronomic management software) is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** * Physiology and phenology of banana crops. * Integrated pest and disease management (IPM). * Fertilization and nutritional plans. * Monitoring and evaluation of agricultural tasks: suckering, flowering removal, bagging, irrigation, harvesting and post-harvest. * Productivity and crop yield indicators. * Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and international certification regulations. * Analysis and presentation of technical production reports. **Competencies and Skills:** * Analytical thinking and ability to interpret production data. * Results-oriented with continuous improvement mindset. * Effective communication with operational and technical teams. * Planning, monitoring and process control. * Fieldwork under variable conditions and coordination of operational staff. * Commitment to safety, occupational health and environmental sustainability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and monthly production indicators. * Coordinate field sampling and evaluations to identify production deviations. * Propose action plans to improve crop efficiency, quality and health. * Prepare technical reports and provide feedback to the farm manager and related departments. * Assist in short-, medium- and long-term agricultural work planning. * Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and occupational safety regulations. * Support internal and external audits related to agricultural production. **Working Conditions:** * Primarily field-based work with movement across the farm. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Subject to variable weather conditions and operational demands. ***Statutory benefits, full IMSS integration.*** Send your information to: jespinosa@chanitos.com Work schedule in Teapa, Pichucalco.
