We are looking for a "Barman" who will have the opportunity to be responsible for bar operations. In addition to other duties, some of which are listed below: \- Serve all types of beverages, ensuring adherence to established standards within the bar area to achieve complete quality and efficiency. \- Keep the work area in perfect order and cleanliness. \- Set up and dismantle the bar and counter bar. \- Stay informed about events, promotions, and packages. \- Support the sales staff at all times, as operational conditions allow. \- Ensure necessary garnishes are available for drink preparation. \- Must know preparation times, styles, and ingredients. Must be able to prepare, make, and serve all types of drinks (soft drinks, wines, spirits, champagnes, sparkling beverages, etc.). Pour draft beer or serve bottled beer. Prepare cocktails by mixing various ingredients, textures, colors, and aromas, and innovate behind the bar.
