The IT Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting the organization's technological infrastructure. Ensures optimal operation of systems, networks, and equipment, guaranteeing operational continuity and information security. **Main Responsibilities1\. Infrastructure and Networks** * Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, servers, switches, firewalls, and access points. * Monitor network performance and resolve failures to ensure high availability. * Implement new technologies that improve infrastructure efficiency and security. **2\. Technical Support** * Provide second and third-level support to internal users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Document incidents and solutions in ticketing systems. **3\. Cybersecurity** * Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies: antivirus, firewalls, backups, access controls, etc. * Manage data backups, restoration, and business continuity. * Identify vulnerabilities and propose preventive measures. **4\. Systems Administration** * Manage Windows, Linux, or macOS operating systems according to the infrastructure. * Administer cloud services (Office 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). * Maintain updates, security patches, and version control. **5\.
