Company dedicated to construction is seeking: Construction Manager **Requirements:** * **Education:** Engineering or related field * **Experience:** 3 years in project, maintenance, and production areas * **Must reside in Macuspana, Tabasco** **Competencies:** * Experience in creation, implementation, and monitoring of projects. * Experience in optimization of production processes * Personnel management **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of construction plans. * Preparation and obtaining various cost estimates. * Coordinate investment projects, reengineering, process improvement, safety, hygiene, and environmental systems for projects. * Supervise the general services area (warehouse) * Plan and control project expenses * Ensure compliance with safety and company policies among supervised personnel * Develop alternative solutions for problem solving, improvement of production and technical processes. * Track daily performance of machinery and personnel. * Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly logs Job type: Full-time Salary: Up to $30,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
