This is a 100% field-based position. There is no office to attend daily. Your base is yourself, your organization, and your ability to manage your routes. We provide you with tools, training, and the support of a solid company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute extrajudicial collection strategies to recover overdue accounts. * Conduct home visits to negotiate payment agreements. * Prepare collection logs, follow up on commitments, and monitor compliance in the system. * Coordinate with Management and the Collection Coordination team for recovery of guarantees, where applicable. * Conduct client supervision prior to financing disbursement. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school, technical or professional degree (in progress or completed). * Experience: 1–2 years in account recovery (mandatory). * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Full availability to travel for extended periods, both within and outside the state. * Negotiation skills, stress management, and results orientation. **We Offer** * Attractive base salary plus guaranteed commission for 1 to 12 months. * Variable commission. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Profit-sharing (PTU), Savings Fund, Savings Box. * Flexible benefits. * Utility vehicle, Sivale fuel card, Vía Pass card, and per diems (per company policies). * Laptop, institutional phone, and email account
