Job Objective: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, identify their needs, and provide product-related solutions and advice, delivering high-quality service and strengthening customer loyalty. Responsibilities: * In-store customer service and consultation. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. * Prepare quotations. * Search for products in the digital catalog and check inventory availability. * Close sales and follow up with customers. * Foster customer loyalty and build business relationships. Candidate Profile: * Technical Superior University degree (TSU), internship, or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in the electrical or lighting industry is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office \| Valid driver's license and willingness to drive is preferred. Skills: Customer service. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork. Organization and responsibility. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
