Job Summary: This role involves constant monitoring of units, validation of shipping schedules, incident reporting, activation of security protocols, and communication with executives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Constant monitoring of units and validation of shipping schedules 2. Incident reporting and activation of security protocols 3. Data analysis and executive communication * Continuously inspect tracking platforms for the current location of each unit. * Validate shipping schedules. * Report any route deviations from the established schedule to the Traffic Department. * Report in-transit failures notified by Operators to Maintenance. * Ensure, through constant monitoring, that units comply with Time Restrictions according to their assigned service. * Submit Operator and assigned unit data to Custody. * Activation of Security Protocols. * Data analysis and report writing. * Ongoing communication with Executives regarding unit progress along their routes. * Security Protocols (Speeding, Unauthorized Stops, Route Deviations).
