Strong leadership, decision-making, and effective communication. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper execution of assigned security services through strategic field supervision, effective coordination of operational staff, and timely customer service, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards, instructions, and applicable legal guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Continuously supervise assigned services by conducting scheduled and random site visits. * Verify compliance with protocols, specific instructions, and company regulations. * Evaluate operational staff performance, discipline, appearance, and attendance. * Identify areas for improvement and implement immediate corrective actions. * Respond to operational incidents and provide effective on-site solutions. * Maintain direct communication with clients to ensure service quality and continuity. * Prepare executive supervision and follow-up reports. * Coordinate coverage, shift changes, and operational adjustments as needed. * Travel between different service locations to ensure active field presence. **Required Profile** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Experience in operational supervision within private security or related fields (preferred). * Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel. * Basic proficiency in technological tools and report preparation. * General knowledge of private security regulations (preferred). **Competencies** * Strong leadership and results-oriented approach. * Decision-making under pressure. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication and professional conduct. * High sense of responsibility and work ethics.
