**Position: General Physician or Surgeon Physician – Querétaro** **Company: Clínicas de Rodilla BMT** At **Clínicas de Rodilla BMT**, specialized in non-surgical treatment of joint wear, we are seeking a **licensed General or Surgeon Physician** to join our medical team in the city of **Querétaro**. **Job Objective:** Provide comprehensive and specialized care to patients with osteoarthritis through clinical assessment, diagnosis, administration of established treatments, and continuous follow-up, contributing to improving their quality of life. **Main Responsibilities:** * Outpatient medical care for patients with joint degeneration. * Preparation of detailed medical histories. * Physical examination and clinical diagnosis. * Review and interpretation of diagnostic tests. * Administration of treatments according to medical protocols. * Medical follow-up and patient progress monitoring. **Essential Requirements:** * Degree in General Medicine or Medicine with specialization in General Surgery (degree and professional license required). * Minimum of **8 years** of professional medical experience. * Desired age: **over 36 years old**. * Availability to travel to Guadalajara, Jalisco, for initial training. **Required Competencies:** * Clinical decision-making. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus. * Organization and discipline. * Collaborative work and effective communication. * Empathy, professional ethics, and punctuality. **Working Conditions:** * **Employment Type:** Fees-based. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 hrs; Saturdays from 10:00 to 15:00 hrs. * **Training:** Duration between 7 and 10 days.
