Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar positions * Minimum 2 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing — MANDATORY * Specific job responsibilities: - Designing material delivery routes and optimizing all logistics processes, including inventory management and stock control in warehouse areas and production lines. Guaranteeing pre-picking of the current PDP together with the Picking Supervisor 15 days in advance. - Reviewing packaging changes with Receipt and Purchasing departments to efficiently and effectively align the Lean assortment. - Reporting, timely and properly, with evidence and via email, any details or irregularities in material 'picking' operations. - Jointly tracking material shortages with the Picking Supervisor against the PDP and requisition vouchers to enable timely purchasing/requisition and prevent stoppages. - Jointly tracking with the Picking Supervisor the clarification and action plan for stoppages attributable to the Warehouse 'Picking' area, and guaranteeing 'zero stoppage'. - Implementing and closing action plans to prevent recurrence of poor practices or habits among personnel, and taking actions against underperforming, potentially risky, or negligent individuals.
