Job Objective Follow up on the Director's scheduled agenda, manage and consolidate personnel information for each zone, region, and contact point, as well as expense control and reservations. Main Responsibilities Ensure schedule control and coordination. Ensure the directory administration is up to date. Manage budget and expense tracking for the Director and team. Logistics coordination for visits and meetings (Contact Point). Follow up on the delivery of administrative tasks. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant with administrative responsibilities. Schedule management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
