Job Summary: We are seeking a coordinator/manager with experience in administration, service company management, and customer service to ensure academic quality and operational efficiency. Requirements: Age: 33–50 years Bachelor’s degree (degree holder) Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or management. Knowledge • Administration and Management of Service Companies and Customer Service • Office Suite proficiency >90% • ERP-CRM (proficiency) • Commercial Processes • Academic Management • Commercial Management • Personnel Management Functions/Responsibilities • Achievement of established KPI targets such as NI, RI, RA, CC, NPS, CA, and EBITDA. • Timely support for students, faculty, and general staff. • Ensuring teacher recruitment, retention, and evaluation. • Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating teaching and administrative staff. • Representing the institution at public and academic events locally, and before public and private organizations. • Ensuring academic quality in classrooms. • Maintaining campus facilities in optimal condition. • Ensuring commercial processes (planning visits, prospecting, generating calls and appointments, daily enrollment target). • Ensuring students meet entry and exit profile requirements. • Ensuring student terminal efficiency. • Supervising regulatory compliance. • Guaranteeing adherence to institutional philosophy and current regulations.
