Application and legal basis of LFT, LSS, and Income Tax Law (Ley del ISR) Payroll Implementation – Legal and Tax Focus Celaya, Guanajuato | On-site Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Position Objective We seek a technical payroll specialist with expertise in legal and tax matters, capable of manually analyzing, calculating, and validating payroll processes and employer-employee obligations. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical judgment and solid regulatory knowledge. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive payroll calculation (weekly, biweekly, and monthly). Manual determination of: Salary Base for Contributions (SBC). Bimonthly variables. ISR according to the rate specified in Article 96. Correct identification of taxable and exempt concepts. Calculation of employer-employee contributions. Affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, and modifications). Handling inquiries and clarifications with IMSS and INFONAVIT. Application and legal basis of LFT, LSS, and Income Tax Law (Ley del ISR). Monitoring recent tax changes affecting payroll. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of technical payroll experience. Proven experience in: Manual calculation of SBC. Manual determination of ISR. Identification of taxable and exempt concepts. Up-to-date knowledge of: Federal Labor Law (LFT) Social Security Law (LSS) Income Tax Law (Ley del ISR) Recent tax reforms related to labor/tax matters. Experience handling IMSS requirements.
