




Main Responsibilities: Support tracking indicators and metrics related to the efficiency of recruitment and selection processes. Participate in the documentation, updating, and control of internal processes within the Human Resources department. Collaborate in internal quality audits focused on talent and organizational development processes. Support the creation of performance, satisfaction, and internal standards compliance reports. Contribute to the continuous improvement of personnel attraction, onboarding, and retention protocols. Maintain confidentiality and proper safeguarding of sensitive department information. Requirements: Active student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. Basic knowledge of quality management systems, process control, and continuous improvement. Interest in learning about human talent management and organizational culture.
