@Mapupita, a company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of **steel doors and partitions**, we are seeking a **Quality Engineer** committed to continuous improvement and excellence in our production processes. **Requirements:** * **Gender:** Indifferent. * **Education:** Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related fields, **with completed studies in on-site mode.** * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years in industry**, preferably in metalworking or manufacturing. * **Technical knowledge:** * **Advanced Excel skills.** * **Proficiency with design software, technical drawings, and quality control tools.** * Experience with **quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)**. * Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing** and continuous improvement tools. * Familiarity with developing procedure manuals and quality control methods for processes and products. * Experience in **managing and establishing KPIs**. * Proficiency with software such as **AUTO CAD, SolidWorks, SAP** or similar. **Main Responsibilities:** * Establish, supervise, and ensure compliance with **quality standards** in manufacturing processes. * **Implement, maintain, and improve the quality management system.** * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and **follow-up** on corrective and preventive actions. * Analyze root causes of non-conformities and propose improvement plans. * Establish and monitor **KPIs** for quality performance. * Coordinate with production, engineering, and design departments to ensure high-quality products. * Optimize the use of raw materials and resources in general. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience.
