**PROFILE** **AGE:** 18 years and older **GENDER:** Indistinct **EXPERIENCE:** Desirable one year of experience in a similar position/experience in automotive or manufacturing industry **Job Objective:** Meet daily production demands based on the production plan while maintaining the quality of produced parts. **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct machine safety checks at the beginning of the shift. * Be responsible for the use and care of personal protective equipment provided by SHILOH. * Work safely by following Ecological, Safety, and Hygiene guidelines, complying with regulatory provisions established by the Federal Labor Law, Federal Safety and Hygiene Regulations, Civil Protection Regulations, Mexican Official Standards, ISO 14001 policies and standards, Clean Industry, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, and other applicable regulations. * Report any unsafe act or condition within the company facilities to the supervisor. * Leave the decision of product acceptance or rejection to the supervisor. * Perform part inspection as required under the responsibility of the supervisor according to Quality inspection instructions (Quality guide, control plan, quality alerts, first and last piece release, etc.). * Has the authority to stop shipment and halt production to correct quality issues. * Receive training and instructional materials related to quality points, with the responsibility to ensure compliance with product requirements. * Request all necessary support to carry out productive activities. * Comply with established standards under normal operating conditions. * Perform job functions under the supervision of the area supervisor in accordance with workplace instructions. * Report any abnormalities in parts or machinery to the area supervisor. * Learn from the supervisor how to complete operation records (5S’s, purging, etc.). * Provide support to the department when overtime is required. * Knowledge of application of area policies, instructions, and procedures. * Learn, develop, and execute operations within the assigned area. * Identify and fill each container with the correct quantity of parts according to packaging standards. * Be responsible for keeping the machine or work area clean and organized. * Know at least one machine and one process from the production line to which they belong. * Ensure compliance with laws of Mexico and/or any other state while representing SHILOH or using equipment provided by SHILOH. * Maintain good relationships and show respect toward coworkers. * Promptly inform immediate supervisor of any anomalies or non-conformities detected. * Perform any other reasonable request made by management. * Be aware of product quality aspects and the importance of ensuring D-class safety parts. * Knowledge of D-class safety parts. * Verify D-class safety parts during the process. **Required Skills and Knowledge** * Basic mathematics. * Ability to operate machines related to the job. * General knowledge of ISO 14000 standard. * Knowledge and handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in their area. * Knowledge of significant aspects of their area. * Knowledge of environmental policy. * Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard.
