We are a company dedicated to the management of non-hazardous industrial waste and we are looking for: REGIONAL MANAGER CELAYA Job Description: * Manage and coordinate activities at various work centers in the Celaya area, ensuring their proper operation. * Ensure achievement of objectives together with regional supervisors and their respective work teams. * Coordinate and supervise waste management activities. * Make decisions and resolve operational conflicts. * Administer and support the operation of non-hazardous waste handling. * Coordinate logistics for waste transportation. * Conduct plant inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions. * Implement continuous improvements in areas and with personnel. * Good personal appearance. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. * Flexible availability. * Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
