Job Summary: Market cardboard packaging solutions by identifying and fulfilling customer needs to optimize their packaging, storage, and transportation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Technical advisory on packaging products and processes **Job Objective** Market cardboard packaging solutions (boxes, corrugated boards, custom packaging, etc.) by identifying customer needs and offering products that optimize their packaging, storage, and transportation processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect new customers (industrial, commercial, logistics, food, etc.). * Maintain and develop existing customer accounts. * Identify specific packaging requirements (dimensions, strength, design). * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Negotiate pricing, sales terms, and delivery timelines. * Track orders and coordinate with production/logistics. * Provide technical advice on cardboard types (corrugated, double-wall, etc.). * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Report commercial activities and results. **Products Sold** * Corrugated cardboard boxes * Custom packaging * Cardboard sheets * Internal partitions * Industrial packaging solutions **Candidate Profile** **Education:** * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or related field). **Experience:** * 1–3 years in sales (preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors). **Knowledge:** * Sales and negotiation techniques * Types of cardboard and basic production processes (preferred) * CRM or tracking tool proficiency **Skills:** * Effective communication * Results orientation * Negotiation * Customer service * Organization and follow-up **Work Conditions** * Field and office work * Frequent customer visits * Use of vehicle (personal or company-provided) * Base salary + commissions **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Sales volume * Number of new customers * Customer retention * Profit margin * Target achievement Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Company phone Work Location: Hybrid remote in Industrial El Vergel, Gto.
