Job Summary: Supervises operations, personnel, and regulatory compliance at a gas station, ensuring efficiency and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Leading company in the fuel retail industry ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise operational staff (fuel attendants, shift supervisors, e.s. managers). * Verify compliance with safety and service protocols. * Control inventories of fuels and products (oils, additives, convenience store items). * Monitor daily sales and ensure proper cash handling. * Identify and prevent shrinkage, leaks, or losses. * Coordinate staff shifts and schedules. * Address and resolve customer complaints. * Ensure compliance with regulations (environmental, safety, and regulatory). * Prepare operational and sales reports. * Supervise proper operation of fuel pumps and equipment. ### **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete/complete bachelor’s degree (Administration, Engineering, or related field). * Experience: 2–3 years in supervision (preferably in gas stations, retail, or consumer sectors). * Knowledge: * Inventory management * Cash control * Basic regulatory framework of the energy sector * Industrial safety * Proficiency in Excel and point-of-sale systems. ### **Skills** * Leadership and personnel management * Decision-making * Organization and control * Results-oriented mindset * Customer service * Conflict resolution We offer: Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Competitive salary
