Training programs for continuous growth **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **PROJECT AND ENGINEERING ENGINEER** Design, planning, and supervision of hydraulic installation works, grading works, and platform construction, achieving the optimal cost-benefit ratio through high project performance aligned with each department’s specifications, thereby ensuring customer and company satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Design functional projects according to the specific needs of each residential development to ensure required infrastructure. * Safeguard our customers’ assets by identifying and anticipating adverse conditions that may arise in each residential development. * Consistently seek balance between company interests and the unique requirements of each development, ensuring both the company and the customer remain satisfied with the final product. Requirements: * Completed degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position * Experience in land surveying and boundary demarcation * Experience in Electrical, Hydraulic, Sanitary, potable water, platform, earthwork, and pavement engineering * Experience in earthwork movement analysis * Preparation and review of descriptive project reports for housing developments * Ongoing technical assistance to contractors during construction execution * Basic knowledge in geotechnical engineering * Knowledge of authorization procedures before relevant government agencies * Proficiency in Auto-Cad and Civil Cad software We offer: * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and career growth * Training programs
