Monitoring of results (portfolio, customers, recovery) SUPERVISE THE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT LEVELS PROVIDED AT THE BRANCH, PARTICIPATE IN PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BRANCH MANAGER'S WORK PLAN, IN ORDER TO MONITOR RESULTS (PORTFOLIO, CUSTOMERS, RECOVERY).
