Requirements: * Knowledge of billing, analysis and application of credit notes, compensations, payment applications, etc. * Education: Preferably completed bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the position * Familiarity with SAT requirements (electronic invoicing 3.3 and 4.0) * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience using any ERP system * Preferably residing in the city of Queretaro. Main responsibilities: * Generation of credit notes and analysis of returns (shortages and overages) * Issuing invoices to customers, effective communication and negotiation with them * Keep collection information updated in the system * Control and follow-up on accounts receivable recovery process * Timely detection of risks in credit application and/or recovery * Establish agreements and/or payment commitments for overdue invoices * Prepare weekly and monthly closings * Control and custody of department documents * Register new customers in the system.
