Opportunity to lead and structure the accounting department **Naranti México is seeking a General Accountant in Balcones De Santa María \- Morelia, Michoacán de Ocampo** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **EVERY DAY, ANOTHER SPECTACULAR ONE** Join the Naranti Mx team. **Who We Are** We are leaders in out-of-home (OOH) advertising in **Mexico** and **LATAM**, connecting brands with real audiences through high-impact visual strategies. **Your Mission** **Lead the transition of our accounting function to autonomous internal management.** We seek a professional who will assume full responsibility for the area, ensuring technical accuracy, **tax compliance, and operational protection** of the company under the 2026 regulatory framework. **Responsibilities** * **Oversee the complete accounting cycle** and generation of **financial statements** for decision-making. * **Design and implement tax strategy** to optimize tax burden. * Manage compliance with **federal and state obligations** (Income Tax, VAT, Withholdings). * Review payroll and ensure **compliance with IMSS and INFONAVIT**. * **Respond to and resolve** SAT requirements or "Invitation Letters". * Implement internal controls and materiality protocols to safeguard deductions. * Coordinate accounting for various legal entities, including **corporations and RESICO**. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting** (Title and Professional License mandatory). * **3–5 years of verifiable experience** in general and tax accounting. * Up-to-date knowledge of **Tax Reform* and CFDI 4.0**. * **Analytical ability** to manage budgets and cash flow. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software. * **Resident of Morelia, Mich.** **Employment Offer** * **Monthly Salary:** $22,000.00 \- $25,000.00 MXN, based on qualifications. * **Statutory benefits & above-standard benefits** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. \- 6:30 p.m. * Opportunity to lead and structure the internal accounting department of a growing company. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Advertising **Skills:** * Accounting * Tax * Finance *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=699f4190520000440091eb5c\&source\=indeed*
