Main Responsibilities • Technical support for computing equipment. • Experience in administration and configuration of institutional email accounts using Outlook. • Maintaining computing equipment, voice and data networks, and communication systems in excellent condition. • Providing technical advisory services to users. • Ensuring the security and integrity of system information. • Technical support, operational maintenance, and basic administration of cloud-hosted services.
