Supervise and verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SSOPs, and HACCP programs. 2\. Monitor compliance with quality standards during receiving, processing, and finished product stages. 3\. Follow up on internal and external audits (customers, certification bodies, authorities). 4\. Prepare and update non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and preventive actions. 5\. Train and raise awareness among operational staff on quality and food safety topics. 6\. Monitor critical records and logs (temperatures, cleaning, traceability, etc.). 7\. Ensure proper management of documentation for current certifications. 8\. Follow up on customer complaints in coordination with the sales/commercial department. 9\. Coordinate microbiological, physico-chemical sampling, and external analyses. 10\.
