AB Test Solutions’ customers include leading manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Lighting, and Home Appliance industries. **JOB DESCRIPTION** This position involves the **full development of the test system**, from **electrical design** and **PLC programming**, through manufacturing follow-up, **debugging**, **documentation**, and **commissioning** with the end customer—including training on system functionality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare project scope documentation. * Prioritize project activities without supervision. * Meet delivery dates agreed upon with the end customer. * Design of Electrical Diagrams. * Development of PLC-based software. * Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Integration. * Full system debugging. * Development of system documentation (electrical and software). * Installation and commissioning of the test system with the end customer. * End-customer training. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 3 years of PLC programming experience. * Experience with Ignition. * Project management experience. * Development of electrical diagrams using SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN Electric, or AutoCAD. * Development of software for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs): Allen Bradley, Siemens, OMRON, Mitsubishi. \*\*MUST-HAVE\*\* * Experience with communication protocols: Serial, Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profinet, Profibus. * Knowledge of Vision Systems: Keyence and Cognex. **EDUCATION** * Degree in Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. * Bilingual.
