Job Summary: We are seeking a Program Manager | Strategic Operations to lead strategic programs, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the execution of projects aligned with business objectives. We are looking for a Program Manager | Strategic Operations responsible for leading strategic programs and ensuring the proper execution of projects aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for programs and projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Manage resources, budgets, and schedules efficiently. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management. Prepare executive reports and present progress to stakeholders. Oversee delivery of program deliverables and objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or related field. Prior experience in program management, operations, or PMO. Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
