Collaborate within agile teams to deliver high-quality outputs Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Senior Java Developer AWS **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work model (2 days remote \- 3 days onsite)** **Position based in Guadalajara** **Profile Requirements** * 4+ years of experience developing and scaling enterprise or cloud-based web services. * Proficiency in the Java/J2EE stack and enterprise design patterns. * Practical experience with AWS in production environments. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases. * Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. * Experience working under Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility regarding quality and deadlines. **Required Technical Skills** * Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java enterprise frameworks. * Experience designing and deploying applications on AWS, including services such as: * EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB * IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers * Experience with REST APIs and microservices architectures. * Proficiency in SQL and/or PL/SQL, as well as relational database design. * Experience with version control tools such as Git/Stash (Bitbucket). * Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAPUI. * Experience with Java IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or MyEclipse. * Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud deployments (desirable).
