Technical support for frontend or backend coding when required At **DesingsGDL**, we seek a **Technical Project Manager (IT)** with a strong focus on **project management and direct client interaction**, capable of coordinating development teams, prioritizing daily client communication, and ensuring projects progress on time and as planned. This position requires **daily office presence**, constant communication with clients, and the ability to provide **technical support (coding, code reviews, or adjustments)** whenever operational needs arise. We are not seeking an administrative PM: we seek a **technical, solution-oriented, and customer-focused profile**. **Responsibilities** Client Management and Engagement * Direct and ongoing client communication. * Requirements gathering and analysis. * Tracking of requests, incidents, and change requests. * Clear communication of progress, timelines, and deliverables. * Managing expectations and priorities. * Coordinating meetings and post-meeting follow-up. **Project Management** * Planning and oversight of web and software projects. * Defining scope, schedules, and deliverables. * Coordinating development and design teams. * Monitoring technical progress and functional validation. * Managing risks, changes, and timelines. * Functional and technical documentation. **Technical and Operational Support** * Ad-hoc support for **frontend or backend coding** when required. * Code review and validation of technical solutions. * Support for deployments, adjustments, and fixes. * Assistance in technical decisions and integrations. **Technologies You’ll Work With** **Backend** * **PHP 8+ / Laravel 10–11** * REST APIs * MySQL / PostgreSQL **Frontend** * **Vue 3 (Composition API)** * **Nuxt 3 (SSR)** * Modern JavaScript * TailwindCSS **Servers and Infrastructure** * VPS / cPanel / WHM / Git * **AWS** * Domains, DNS, and SSL * Environments: local, staging, and production **Key Skills** * Excellent client communication * Organization and tracking of multiple projects * Ability to prioritize client attention and tasks * Technical and analytical thinking * Problem-solving under pressure * Leadership and teamwork * Proactivity and sense of urgency **Ideal Profile** * Prior experience in digital agencies or software development. * Accustomed to direct client interaction. * Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and write code when required. * Results-driven with strong adherence to deadlines.
